Digital products
VidyaBasket sells downloadable digital products. Since access may be provided immediately after payment, a simple change of mind after successfully accessing a file does not ordinarily qualify for an automatic refund.
When to contact us
Please contact us if you were charged but did not receive access, received a corrupt or materially incorrect file, were charged twice, or believe a product was substantially misdescribed. We will review the issue, seek to provide a working replacement where appropriate, and offer a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law or warranted by the circumstances.
Cancellation
If you request cancellation before access or fulfilment, please contact us promptly with your order details. Once a digital file has been made available, cancellation may not always be possible.
How to request help
Email vicelab.hq@gmail.com with your order email, product name, purchase date and Payhip reference. Never include full payment card details or account passwords.
Refund processing
When approved, refunds are generally initiated through the original payment service or another agreed lawful method. Processing timelines vary by payment provider and bank.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
