Delivery process
After a successful Payhip checkout, the provider makes the purchased files accessible using its download page and, where applicable, an email sent to the address supplied at checkout.
Formats
Files may be provided as PDF, ZIP or another format stated on the product page. You will need a compatible device and software to open them. ZIP archives may need to be extracted before opening the PDFs.
Problems accessing files
If you cannot locate the order email, check spam and promotions, confirm the correct email was used and return to Payhip’s order confirmation. For unresolved issues, email vicelab.hq@gmail.com with your order reference.

We can assist with missing files and download problems, but cannot guarantee a third-party service will remain uninterrupted at all times.
