Are your products physical books?
No. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VidyaBasket products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically.
How will I receive my purchase?
After successful payment on Payhip, you can access the download through Payhip’s confirmation/download page and any order email it sends. Check your spam folder if necessary.
Can I print the activities?
Yes, if the product description states it is printable. Print at home or through a print shop for your personal, classroom or permitted educational use under the product licence.
Which file formats are included?
See each product page. Most learning packs use PDF, and some come in ZIP archives.
Do I need an account?
Follow the instructions on Payhip checkout. Requirements depend on the chosen payment and delivery workflow.
Can I share the files?
Downloads are provided under a personal-use licence unless a product description expressly grants broader rights. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the files.
I cannot download my purchase. What should I do?
First check the confirmation page and the email you used at checkout, including spam. If you still cannot access your purchase, email vicelab.hq@gmail.com with your order reference.
